When something challenging happens, how well do you recover? Well-being and resilience are skills we can learn and cultivate in our personal lives, our organizing and our communities. In this workshop we’ll discuss what is mindfulness, different mindfulness practices, and collectively share skills and resources that are available in our areas so we can leave the workshop being more equipped to build resiliency into our life.
